This page will show you how to maintain return points (for relevant locations) & return the empty cups through the backhaul system so they can come back to Reposit’s washing facility to be washed and reused. If you have any questions relating to the return point please contact your (store) manager.
Borrow Cup Returns Process
Store staff check crate fill level daily by lifting the top panel of the return point. Stores should always have at least 3 crates at any given time (2 in the return point and one behind the counter for over the counter returns).
If crate is full, staff member takes the full crate out of the return point, swapping it with the empty crate on the bottom shelf. Return point crates are NOT to be swapped with those behind the counter.
Reposit’s Operations Executive will visit the store regularly to collect the returns, however if a crate is full and a collection needs to be booked or the store is running out of stock urgently, staff can call Reposit directly at 01698372727.
