This page will show you how to maintain the return point successfully and return the empty packaging through the backhaul system so that items can come back to Reposit’s washing facility to be washed and reused. If you have any questions relating to the return point please contact your (store) manager.

Arran Aromatics Returns Process

Store staff check crate fill level by lifting the top panel of the return point. Stores should always have at least 3 crates at any given time ( 2 in the return point and 1 spare).

If crate is full, staff member takes the full crate out of the return point, replacing it with an empty crate from the bottom of the return point or back of store.

Returned bottles are to be packed in a cardboard box which is to be sent to Arran’s mainland Dundonald location while the crates remain in store.

When returns are ready to be collected from Dundonald, Arran can schedule a collection directly with Reposit either by phone at 01698372727 or email at hello@reposit.world, letting us know how many boxes need to be collected. If Arran finds more crates are needed, this can also be requested directly with Reposit.

Reposit’s operations team will arrange next day collection with DPD and send Arran the collection labels which are to be printed and attached to the boxes. Please note that unlabeled boxed may not be collected by DPD.

Reposit will coordinate with DPD and advise Arran when the collection will take place. Arran staff at Dundonald should leave boxes in agreed location for DPD pickup.
